Service Channels

The service offers a faster and more convenient way for bill payments of over 1,000 companies namely, water and electricity bills, mobile phone bills, etc. through various channels of the Bank i.e. Krungsri branches, Krungsri ATMs, Krungsri Online service, Krungsri Phone 1572 and KMA. The Bank acts as intermediary remitting your payment to product and service providers.

You can pay your bills at more than 600 Krungsri branches nationwide at business hours of working days.

You can pay your bills by scanning the barcode or manually enter payment details.

Barcode scanning

Insert ATM card and enter PIN code
Select “Bill payment / Pay with Barcode”
Select “Pay with Barcode”
Place the barcode under the red light until the data appears on the ATM screen
Enter the amount and press “confirm” button
Review the correctness of the payment details and press "Confirm” button
Take a bill payment confirmation slip

Manual key-in

Insert ATM card and enter PIN code
Select “Bill payment / Pay with Barcode”
Select “Type of bill payment”
Select “Company or Product Name”
Select “ Company or product name”
Enter reference number and press “correct”
Review correctness and press “correct”
Enter the amount and press “correct” button
Review the correctness of the payment details and press "correct” button
Take a bill payment confirmation slip

Log on to www.krungsri.com
Select Krungsri Online
Enter your User ID and password, and click “sign in”
Select “Bill Payment”
Select “Pay Bill”
Select “Biller Category”
Select “Biller name”
Select type of account for bill payment debiting
Enter the amount
Enter reference number
Select “Payment Date”
Select Yes or No to receive transaction notification
Select receive OTP Password and click “submit”
Review the correctness of the payment details and press "confirm” button
Enter OTP Password and click “confirm”
Upon preference, click “print” the details for further reference

Press 2 for English
Wait for message “Press call by the fax machine to receive information via fax”
Press 1 to make transaction
Enter 10-digit account number; or Krungsri ATM card number; or Krungsri Visa Electron card number or Krungsri Visa Debit Card number, and press #
Enter 4-digit PIN number and press #
Press 4 for Bill Payment Service
Enter 13-digit ID number and press #. If it’s not available, enter 0 to enter your birthdate
Select company name (01-12)
Enter reference number and press #
Enter amount with 2-digit decimal numbers, and press #
Listen to transaction details
Press 2 to confirm
Press 3 to confirm that you would like to receive bill payment confirmation via fax. Then, press # to exit the phone banking system.
