  • Terms and Conditions for 2020 Krungsri Western Union Reward Points Redemption Program (2020 Krungsri Western Union Reward Point Redemption Program)

    How to apply
    • Customers who participated in the 2019 Krungsri Western Union Reward Points Redemption Program are automatically eligible to participate in the 2020 Krungsri Western Union Reward Points Redemption Program (the “Program”).
    • Customers, who do inward or outward transactions with Western Union at any branch or foreign exchange booth of Bank of Ayudyha Public Company Limited (the “Bank”), can apply for this Program from 1 January 2020 to 30 June 2020.
    • Customers, who make inward or outward transactions with Western Union through his/her Krungsri Account (either by Telephone Service / Krungsri ATM / Krungsri Online) from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2020, will be eligible to collect points and will be automatically applied for this Program. How to collect the points
    • The customers, who participated in the 2019 Krungsri Western Union Reward Points Redemption Program, can collect points from the inward or outward transactions with Western Union from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2020.
    • For new customers applied for the Program in 2020, the points will be collected from the inward or outward transactions made after the participation into the Program.
    • Only transaction with a fee will receive one point per one inward or outward transaction (excluding any inward or outward transaction which had been made but was cancelled thereafter).
    • The name and surname of the customer who did inward or outward transaction must be the same as those of the customer who applied for the Program.
    Check Points Balance and redeem for the Reward
    • The customers can check his/her points balance and redeem the reward by phone number at 02-296-3132 during the Bank’s business hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00 am – 05:00 pm).
    • The customers, who redeem the reward, must be the same person as those who applied for in the Program and make the inward or outward transaction by himself/herself.
    How to redeem for Reward
    The customers can collect the rewards at any Bank’s branch or foreign exchange booth or request for delivery via post to specified postal address as stated in the Program application or an address as the Customer notified to the Bank via phone number 02-296-3132 under the following conditions:
    • For 3-18 points of reward redemption, the Bank will deliver the reward by postal services within 14 business days from the date that the Bank has received completed reward redemption request.
    • For an electronic appliances reward redemption, the rewards will be sent by Sin Siam Co., Ltd. (as the Distributor) within 60 business days from the date that the Bank has received completed reward redemption request. The Bank will not be responsible for any damages or defects in such reward. Please contact the Distributor directly at 02-233-1888.
    • For gold necklace or any other high value item reward redemption as stipulated by the Bank, customers have to pick up such reward by himself/herself at the Bank, head office, located at 1222 Rama III Road, Bang Phongphang, Yan Nawa, Bangkok. The Bank will schedule a specified date and time for the reward pickup in advance.
    • Redemption period starts from 1 January 2020 to 15 January 2021.
    • Please redeem your reward before 17:00 hrs on 15 January 2021. In case where customers do not redeem the reward within the above specified period, it shall be deemed that the customers forfeit their rights and the points will not be accumulated to the next program and the Bank will cancel such points without prior notice.
    • The points are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and are not exchange for cash.
    • Once redemption process has been complete, it could not be cancelled, changed, or returned.
    • The Bank reserves the right to determine or change the types of reward at any interval period at the Bank deemed appropriate without prior notice.
    • The Bank reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Program, points accumulation, method for reward redemption, and change the reward with a substitute one having equivalent amount, without prior notice.
    • In case of any disputes, the Bank’s decision will be final.
