Krungsri Debit OPD

All Krungsri Debit Chip Card Fees

Remarks
  • The Market volatility fee will also be charged with other fees, deducted from the cardholders’ accounts when making cash withdrawals and/or payments of goods and/or services in foreign countries (not exceed 2 %) separately, with reasonable discretion of the bank, from amount of cash withdrawal and/or payment of goods and services.
  • Purchase and/or cash advance made in other currencies will be converted to Thai Baht using VISA international exchange rate. Please check the exchange rate Click.
  • Fees and charges for other bank transactions through a card are compiled in accordance to Bank’s announcement.
  • Applicable for Thai nationality only.
  • Applicants must have an individual savings and/or current account in his own name or account in single name only. Age must be between 15-65 years old based on year of birth as shown in National ID card.
  • Cardholders will be covered for medical expenses due to illness as an outpatient (OPD) after the waiting period 30 days for all diseases, and 120 days for diseases as specified in the general exclusions from the application date of Krungsri Debit OPD Card.
  • Sudden coved for medical expenses due to accident. Please shown the “Krungsri Debit OPD” card and ID card when medical care in hospital networks (TPA) with no cash advance. (except, in case of medical care within 5 days from the application date or card changed must be cash advance.
  • Bank will charge a card annual fee on monthly or annually basis for use of “Krungsri Debit OPD” card by automatically deducting from an account tie with the card by monthly or annually. Cardholder would eligible for insurance coverage automatically in renewal year. However, if the Bank cannot charge a card annual fee or account has been closed or card cancellation in any circumstance or claim payment has been fully paid in case of death, dismemberment, and permanent disability, the insurance coverage will be terminated immediately.
  • Bank reserves the right to issue “Krungsri Debit OPD” card Maximum 3 Card per Customer and one account can apply only one Krungsri Debit OPD” card.
  • Bank reserves the right to not replace card in case of card has expire time less than 1 year. Bank will refund remainder card fee and applicant can apply new card in according to term and condition of the bank.
  • Bank reserves the right to revoke/cancel/attach or renew a card in case that has any disagreement and violating any condition of this term and condition, or has an evidence of fraudulent occurred or illegal or appropriate reason that the Bank deems to do the card termination.
Qualifications of Applicant
  • Aged 15 - 65 years old.
  • Open a savings or a current account with a minimum opening balance of THB500 for a savings account.
  • For Krungsri’s existing deposit customers, please present the original passbook of  savings account at any Krungsri’s branches nationwide for a card issuance.
Required Documents 
  • A certified copy of ID card or passport.
  • A savings account.
 
  • Highly-Secure on chip encrypts information technology with six-digit PIN, aiming to enhance PIN security for customers.
  • Maximum cash withdrawals of THB 100,000 per card per day at Krungsri ATMs and any local or international ATMs that support visa chip technology and atm (Maximum 10 transactions per day).
    Remark: The Bank reserves the right to protect service recipient through tentative decrease of number of overseas cash withdrawal transactions in order to prevent damages from third-party fraudulent actions in relation to overseas cash withdrawal.     - Maximum of THB 30,000 per transaction for cash withdrawals at Krungsri ATMs.
    - For non-Krungsri ATMs, maximum limit per day varies as determined by servicing banks.
  • Convenient payment of goods and services at shops with visa icon around the world / online payment (Verified by VISA) Just tap Krungsri Debit Card to pay at stores with
    “Visa payWavepayWave” symbol at the maximum of THB 100,000 / card / day (including cash withdrawal through EDC machines at bank counters and local and international member banks with the visa icon).
  • Choose your preferred spending limit at 5 levels i.e. THB 0 / 20,000 / 30,000 / 50,000 / and 100,000 at any Krungsri ATMs and via Krungsri Phone 1572. Limit changes are allowed at up to twice / channel / day.
  • PIN Change is allowed at unlimited times through Krungsri ATMs nationwide. PIN should be changed regularly for transaction security.
  • Cash withdrawals at Krungsri Mini ATMs (Pin Pad) at the maximum of 5 transactions (THB 50,000 / card / day in addition to regular cash withdrawals limit at ATMs).
  • Able to transfer money between bank accounts that linked with a debit card through Krungsri ATMs. There is no limit to the number of transactions per day, and total amount of all transaction is limited to not more than 1 million baht per day.
  • Maximum money transfers of THB 200,000 / card / day to third party’s Krungsri accounts via Krungsri ATMs (unlimited transactions).
  • Maximum money transfers of THB 100,000 per card per day to other banks’ account (ORFT) via Krungsri ATMs or other ATM that support visa chip technology and plus (maximum THB 50,000 per transaction with unlimited number of transaction per day).
  • Bill payments for own or third party bills can be made through Direct Debiting from your savings or currents accounts tied to Debit card. Payment services include bills for credit card charges, electricity, land-line telephones and mobile phones (AIS, DTAC, True Move), mobile top-up, life/non-life insurance premiums, and registration and tuition fees with a maximum limit of THB 200,000 / card / day.
  • Use a Krungsri Debit Card to sign up for a variety of Krungsri Banking Services via Krungsri ATMs i.e.

    - Krungsri Phone (IVR)
    - Krungsri SMS Banking
    - Autopay Debit
