2. If a customer wants to construct a house on his/ her own land or wants to buy a piece of land and construct a house on it, but he/ she has not enough money, is he/ she able to request Krungsri Home Loan or not?
- Yes, he/ she is, but only for building a house by the companies in the House Building Business Society that the bank gives support to. The customer is able to borrow the 100 % of the appraised value of a building or 90 % of the appraised value of land and a house on it.

1. What is the longest duration of the loan?
- The longest duration of the loan is 30 years (the borrower’s age plus the duration of the loan must be not more than 65 years old)
2. How many joint borrowers can there be? And who can be joint borrowers?
- There can be only 3 joint borrowers at the most.(joint borrowers plus the main borrowers makes four borrowers) The joint borrowers must have a relation with the main borrower, for example, he/ she is husband, wife, brother or sister of the same parents or parents join their child in requesting a loan
3. What fees must the customer pay when he/ she requests a house credit from Bank of Ayudhya?
- Primary expenses that the customer must pay are as follows:
- Fee for evaluating a guaranty (charged before or on the day of making a legal contract) 3,000 baht plus VAT 7 % makes 3,210 baht.
- Fee for revenue stamp (charged before or on the day of making a legal contract) 0.05 % of the credited money will be charged.
- Fee for insurance premium according to the rate of an insurance company (charged when the building has been finished)
4. What documents will the customer have to prepare for his/ her application for a credit?
- Documents for application for the customer for a credit are 3 important items as follows:
- Personal Documents. (Copy of ID, Copy of House Registration, etc.)
- Incomes Documents (Salary slip / salary confirmation letter, etc.)
- Collateral Related Documents (Copy of land title deed, Purchase agreement of property and installment agreement of down payment (if any), etc.The bank branch can check any of them above according to types of credit.
5. In what channels can the customer pay fees?
- The customer can pay fees via the following channels of the bank: paying on the counter of the bank, paying by allowing his/ her Bank of Ayudhya deposit account to be automatically cut off, paying by means of ATM, paying by using the Internet Banking Service and paying by calling at Krungsri phone no. 1572.
Besides, the bank increases some more paying channels, that is, paying via a Counter Service and paying via a post office.

- He/ She can request a loan at every branch of Bank of Ayudhya throughout the country.
7. If the customer has a Krungsri home loan nowadays, will he/ she be able to request one more house credit?
- The bank has the policy of giving a customer a residence credit for the first house and another residence credit for the second house only. Because the bank’s important objective is for residence.
