Travel Privileges

• This privilege is eligible for KRUNGSRI EXCLUSIVE Signature credit cardholders (primary card only) and limited for one round-trip air ticket per calendar year.
• This privilege is for KRUNGSRI EXCLUSIVE customers (primary account only) who’ve maintained a total balance of more than 10 million Baht, as of transaction date and counted from the average six-month balance of deposit products of Bank of Ayudhya PCL, investments in mutual funds invested with participating Asset Management Companies, purchased via the Bank, Bank of Ayudhya PCL debentures and its subsidiaries and bancassurance products purchased via the Bank at the issue date. Customers can check their balance by calling the KRUNGSRI EXCLUSIVE Call Center Tel. 0 2296 5566 press 2 and then press 2 KRUNGSRI EXCLUSIVE Banking and Privileges.
• Customers who pay up to 500,000 Baht or above for a single insurance policy, or who pay up to 5 million Baht or above for unit linked or single premiums policy are not eligible for flight upgrade privileges.
• This privilege cannot be transferred or changed.
• This privilege will be countable for the difference of expense from flight upgrade only except for air ticket fee, airport tax, insurance, fuel charge and others.
• Terms and conditions of passenger tickets are manipulated by Thai Airways International/Cathay Pacific Airways.
• This privilege cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
• The right to upgrade air ticket is from 1 Jan 20 to 31 Dec 20. Customers must make the reservation and their departure must be done within 31 Dec 20.
• Reserve its right to change terms and conditions without prior notice.

Thai Airways International flight upgrade
This privilege allows you to upgrade your air ticket by one level up. When you fly in Economy Class, your ticket can be upgraded to Royal Silk Class. When you fly in Royal Silk Class, your ticket can be upgraded to Royal First Class.

• For an upgrade from Economy Class to Royal Silk Class, customers must purchase an M class air ticket to upgrade to J class. For an upgrade from Royal Silk Class to Royal First Class, customers must purchase a J class air ticket to upgrade to P class.
• Customers must reserve their air ticket from Majestic Travel International. Please call 0 2652 2000 or 0 2652 2662 (Monday – Friday: 9.00 – 17.30 hrs./Saturday - Sunday: 9.00 – 16.30 hrs.) Customers must reserve the air ticket at least 7 days before their departure.

Cathay Pacific Airways Flight upgrades
This privilege allows you to upgrade your air ticket with Cathay Pacific Airways. When you fly in Economy Class, your ticket can be upgraded to Business Class only.

• For an upgrade from Economy Class to Business Class, customers must purchase an M class air ticket to upgrade to I class.
• Customers must reserve their air ticket from Cathay Pacific Airways directly. Please call 0 2787 3366 (Monday – Friday: 8.00 – 17.30 hrs). Customers must reserve their air ticket at least 7 days before their departure.

• The privilege is valid from 1 Jan 2020 – 31 Dec 2020, and eligible for Krungsri Exclusive Signature credit cardholder (primary card only)
• The privilege to access Thai Airways International Royal First Lounge at Suvarnabhumi Airport 2 times per calendar year, Royal Silk Lounge at Suvarnabhumi Airport or Royal Silk at domestic airports 2 times per calendar year, and worldwide airport lounges via Dragon Pass Card 4 times per calendar year are for customer who maintains total investment balance over 30 million baht. After the customer complete the conditions, the customer will be eligible for airport service within 60 days.
• The privilege to access Thai Airways International Royal Silk Lounge at Suvarnabhumi Airport or Royal Silk at domestic airports 2 times per calendar year, and airport lounges via Dragon Pass 2 times per calendar year are for customer who maintains total investment balance over 5 million baht. After the customer complete the conditions, the customer will be eligible for airport service within 60 days.
• The total balance will be calculated from products, which are deposit products, mutual funds invested with participating Asset Management Companies purchased via the Bank, investment in debentures of the Bank and its subsidiaries via the Bank, bancassurance products presented by the Bank. Customers can check their balance at Krungsri Exclusive Call Center at 0 2296 5566 press 2.
• The privilege to access Royal Silk Lounge can be used when flying with Thai Airways or Thai Smile.
• To enjoy the Thai Airways Lounge privilege, customer must have the same name and last name on Credit card, Lounge voucher (for Royal First Lounge), and on boarding pass to be able to access the lounge once a trip.
• The privilege to access Royal First lounge and Royal Silk lounge is reserved for Krungsri Exclusive Signature cardholder only (1 right / person / time) The right cannot be transferred in every condition.
• Service time for Royal First Lounge : 05.00 - 01.00 hrs.
• Service time for Royal Silk Lounge : 05.00 - 01.00 hrs.
• The duration of access to Thai Airways Lounge is not more than 2.30 hours.
• The privilege to access worldwide airport lounges via Dragon Pass via UCHOOSE Application, customers need to present UCHOOSE application to show at the time of lounge access. After the customer complete the conditions, the customer will be eligible for airport service within 60 days.
• The privilege cannot be transferred or changed.
• The customers will be responsible for any incidental charges which may occur from the Lounge usage over limit period or not abide by company’s rules and regulations. The company will charge the incidental charges in your Krungsri Exclusive Signature credit card and will be shown in monthly statement.
• The company reserves its right to change the terms and conditions without notice in advance. In case of any dispute, the company’s ruling is deem final.
