Simply be a customer of Bank of Ayudhya who deposits and/or invest mutual fund one million baht up OR purchase life insurance products as per the bank's condition.

KRUNGSRI PRIME customer’s qualification

Exclusive for an individual customer who is at the age of 15 or above and uses financial products and makes investment through Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited (“Bank”) in accordance with the Terms and Conditions as follow:
1.1 deposits and/or invests in mutual funds through the Bank in the capacity as selling agent in an amount of at least 1 million Baht but not exceeding 5 million Baht, calculating from the average outstanding balance of the deposit and/or the investment for the preceding 6 months period (excluding any deposit accounts opened through Kept Application, whereby the Bank reserves the right not to include outstanding balance maintained in such deposit account for the calculation of financial products or investments as state in clause 1.1 in all respects);
1.2 maintains 6-months or longer period time fixed deposit account(s) in an amount of at least 1 million Baht but not exceeding 5 million Baht (in one time deposit only);
1.3 invests in the mutual funds in accordance with the conditions as specified by the Bank and having investment amount of at least 1 million Baht but not exceeding 5 million Baht (in one time investment only);
1.4 a customer will be eligible for KRUNGSRI PRIME privilege for the period of 3 years if he/she purchases in one time a life insurance having an insurance premium of at least 200,000 Baht but not exceeding 500,000 Baht or purchase any life insurance participating in KRUNGSRI PRIME program pursuant to the conditions stipulated by the Bank under the same policyholder (excluding MRTA/MLTA and all types of group insurance policies), subject to the conditions that the life insurance has been approved and the customer has signed his/her name in insurance documentation and does not cancel or revoke the insurance policy within the free look period.
In the case where the customer fails to maintain the deposit and/or investment pursuant to the conditions stipulated by the Bank or he/she revokes the life insurance, the Bank reserves the right to cancel the KRUNGSRI PRIME status of such customer and any privileges thereof, with effect immediately without any prior notice.
For any participated financial product which could be held by joint customers, the Bank reserves the right to offer KRUNGSRI PRIME status and privileges to only one primary account owner.
To enjoy KRUNGSRI PRIME privileges, the customers must download and register KRUNGSRI PRIME Application completely.
The customers can redeem KRUNGSRI PRIME privileges via KRUNGSRI PRIME Application in accordance with the tier of assets as specified by the Bank and conditions stipulated by service provider/business alliances.
The Bank reserves the right to modify terms and conditions of KRUNGSRI PRIME or KRUNGSRI PRIME privileges without prior notice.

How to apply for KRUNGSRI PRIME

Q: How to become a KRUNGSRI PRIME customer?
A: KRUNGSRI PRIME customers are individual customers with deposits and/or investments 1 million but less than 5 million baht (calculating from the average outstanding balance of the deposit and/or the investment for the preceding 6 months period, excluding any deposit accounts opened through Kept Application) ,OR purchase life insurance with premium minimum 200,000 baht but less than 500,000 THB per policy under the same name and same time of purchase (exclude MRTA/ MLTA and group insurance and except mortgage reducing term assurance). Customer will be entitled to get KRUNGSRI PRIME status after passing freelook period. The customer will be entitled to 3-year privileges via KRUNGSRI PRIME Mobile Application.

Q: If I am interested in KRUNGSRI PRIME status, what should I do?
A: Simply deposit the money and/or invest mutual fund in Krungsri Asset Management Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) mutual fund or other mutual funds as designated by Bank of Ayudhya PCL. (“the Bank”) minimum 1 million but less than 5 million baht (excluding any deposit accounts opened through Kept Application). You need to maintain the average account balance for at least six months. Alternatively, you can purchase life insurance with premium minimum 200,000 THB but less than 500,000 THB per policy under the same name and same time of purchase (exclude MRTA/ MLTA and group insurance and except mortgage reducing term assurance). Customer will be entitled to get KRUNGSRI PRIME status after passing freelook period. The customer will be entitled to 3-year privileges via KRUNGSRI PRIME Mobile Application.

Q: When reaching the above criteria, when will I receive KRUNGSRI PRIME status?
A: The Bank will send notification SMS to qualified customers within seven business working days after he/she has met KRUNGSRI PRIME eligiblity criteria. The customer will then able to download KRUNGSRI PRIME Mobile Application and register to enjoy the benefits.

Q: What are the benefits of KRUNGSRI PRIME status?
A: The customers will receive various privileges from KRUNGSRI PRIME:
- Financial privileges such as waived fees of cheque books, gift cheques and cashier cheques
- Lifestyle privileges such as fitness, dining, movies, discounts, and etc.
- Financial privileges via personal financial consultants from Krungsri Plan Your Money and access to Krungsri The Advisory center, providing consultative services via VDO conference call with investment consultant, access to financial seminars at the center.

Q: How to calculate the asset under management of KRUNGSRI PRIME?
A: It is calculated from the average account balance in the past six months (excluding any deposit accounts opened through Kept Application).

Q: If I invest in Krungsri Asset Management’s mutual funds but not via Bank of Ayudhya PLC.’s agents, will these mutual fund balance be calculated as one of eligibility criteria of being KRUNGSRI PRIME status?
A: No, this amount will be excluded. The Bank reserves the right only for the customers who buy Krungsri mutual funds over the Bank’s counters only.

Q: What are the qualifications of KRUNGSRI PRIME customers?
A: Below are the qualifications of KRUNGSRI PRIME customers:

Q: If I have joint savings account, who will be entitled KRUNGSRI PRIME status?
A: The status of KRUNGSRI PRIME will be offered to the primary account holder only.

Q: If I deposit or invest with the Bank between one million but less than five million baht but do not wish to download or register KRUNGSRI PRIME Mobile Application, will I count as KRUNGSRI PRIME customer?
A: You will receive KRUNGSRI PRIME status but cannot enjoy the privileges offered on KRUNGSRI PRIME Mobile Application. However, you can access Krungsri The Advisory center, access to financial seminars and lifestyle workshops.

Q: Where are Krungsri The Advisory center?

Q: What are privileges of KRUNGSRI PRIME customers during special occasions?

A: KRUNGSRI PRIME receive different privilege, subjected to the average 6-month of AUM. Special privileges will be offered to customers with deposit and/or investment 3 million baht up.

Q: What is KRUNGSRI PRIME Mobile Application?
A: KRUNGSRI PRIME Mobile Application is the application for the Bank’s customers who have KRUNGSRI PRIME status. It offers a variety of lifestyle privileges, financial news update. The customer can make appointment for financial consultation services via mobile application as well.

Q: Where can I download KRUNGSRI PRIME Mobile Application?
A: iPhone customers with IOS version 11.0.3 up can download the application from App Store Android customers with android version 7 up can download the application from Google Play Store.

Q: Once I download KRUNGSRI PRIME Mobile Application, can I use it right away?
A: You need to register before using the benefits.

KRUNGSRI PRIME Mobile Application’s Registration Process

Q: What is the registration process for KRUNGSRI PRIME Mobile Application?
A: - Thai customers must fill in the citizen ID number and deposit account number or unit holder number of mutual fund.
- Foreign customers must fill in the Passport number and deposit account number or unit holder number of mutual fund.

Q: If I have many account numbers, which number I should use for the registration?
A: You can use one number from any accounts for the registration.

Q: What are the cases for unsuccessful registration?
A: When the customer fill in the incorrect ID number or incorrect account number or are not eligible to KRUNGSRI PRIME status.

Q: If I unsuccessfully register for the application, what error message will appear on screen?
A: You will find message pop up “Please check your citizen ID number and deposit account number or unit holder number.”

Q: If I unsuccessfully register for the application, what should I do?
A: You must call contact center at 1572 to check if you are entitled to use the application. Only the customers with PRIME status can register the application.

Q: KRUNGSRI PRIME’s registration process will be complete only when:
A: The customer fills in the telephone number (username), sets up six-digit password, and accepts the conditions.

Q: How to set up the password of KRUNGSRI PRIME Mobile Application
A: The customer can set up the password using six-digit numbers.

Q: For the registration, do I have to provide the same telephone number as the one I previously gave to the Bank?
A: There is no need. You can fill the updated contact number, which is different from the one previously given to the Bank.

Q: What should I do for the next access of KRUNGSRI PRIME Mobile application?
A: You do not need to register again. Just log in with the telephone number and six-digit password you previously registered for the application.

Q: What are username and password?
A: Username is the telephone number the customer fills in when registering for the application.
Password is the six-digit number the customer sets when registering for the application.

Q: What should I do if I forget the username and/or password?
A: You can press Forget Password menu to reset the new one.

The Privileges Access

Q: Can I redeem the privilege right after registration?
A: You can immediately use the privilege at the participating shops or points of service.

Q: How can I use KRUNGSRI PRIME privilege on mobile application?
A: You can redeem by privilege category in KRUNGSRI PRIME Mobile Application. You must press the button to redeem and receive the code or reserve the privilege before showing the code, QR code or barcode to the staff at the point of service.

Q: How to redeem the privileges?
A: You can redeem privileges via KRUNGSRI PRIME Mobile Application by following the below steps:
- Select the privilege by category.
- Press the button to redeem the privileges at the stores.
- After pressing the button to redeem the privileges, the message will appear, asking the customer to confirm or cancel the request.
- After you press the button to confirm the request, the code will appear on the mobile screen for 10 minutes.
- After receiving the code, please show it to receive the products or services at the participating shops or places.

Q: How can I know which shops participated in the mobile application?
A: You may check the shops and the conditions on KRUNGSRI PRIME Mobile Application.

Q: Can I login by using username and password from other KRUNGSRI PRIME customers to redeem the privileges?
A: You have to use your username and password to redeem the privileges. You cannot use others to make a redemption.

Q: Why can’t I press the button to receive the privilege?
A: That may be because you already redeemed the privilege or have reached the quota limit.

Q: If I already pressed the button to receive the privilege, can I keep the privilege or can I press the button to get the privilege again?
A: If you press the button but do not use the privilege within the timeline, the Bank will consider that you forfeit the right and cannot receive the same privilege again.

Q: If I accidentally close the redemption code window before redeeming the privilege, will I lose the right?
A: When you close the window that displays the code, the warning text will appear. If you insist to close the window, the Bank will consider that you already used that privilege and will immediately lose the right.

Q: What should I do to use the financial privileges, such as waived fees of cheque books and/or gift cheques or cashier’s cheques?
A: The customers can contact Bank staff to earn a free cheque book and/or gift cheque or cashier’s cheque. (No coupon required)

Agreement and Conditions of KRUNGSRI PRIME Application

The person who is entitled to use KRUNGSRI PRIME Application (the “Application”) must be a customer of Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited (the “Bank”) and also holds KRUNGSRI PRIME status on the time of using the Application (the “User”).
The User can redeem KRUNGSRI PRIME privileges via KRUNGSRI PRIME Application. Redemption will be made corresponding with the amount of assets stipulated by the Bank and pursuant to the conditions stipulated by service provider(s)/business alliance(s) for any interval period.
The User must provide personal data and other related data required in the Application. Such data must be accurate and complete and up to date data. If the Bank notices that neither it is accurate, complete or up to date data nor contains the data of other users not those of the User in order to be able to access into the Application, the Bank reserves the right to immediately suspend or revoke the User’s right to use the Application without any prior notice.
The User will be required to set up his/her password for using the Application and protecting for unauthorized use of the Application by any other person. The User must keep his/her password confidential and shall not disclose the password, or make it available to any other person. The password should not be easily for prediction. It should be changed to the new one periodically or immediately upon the occurrence of circumstance having the view that the new one is required.
Any act made through the Application by using the username and password of the User whether or not it is made by the User or the person authorizing by the User or any other person using the User’s password either by intention or negligence of the User shall be regarded as the User’s act and be binding on the User. The User agrees to be responsible for any damage occurred in any circumstance and shall not claim for any damages or expenses from the Bank.
As Personal data including any other data of the User will be made through internet system, which is the public network, it would be direct responsibility of the User. In any such event, the Bank shall not be liable for any damage caused by the third party who accesses and/or is able to use such data.
The User acknowledges that a mobile phone or electronic equipment that could be used with the Application must not only meet the qualification, specification and operating system not less than standard requirements stipulated by the Bank but also be able to connect with internet system at all time. If the Bank has made any update or development on the Application causing the User could not be able to access the Application, the User agrees not to revoke such incident to claim for any damage arisen from such incident from the Bank., which might cause the inaccessibility due to the Users’ mobile phone or electronic equipment is no longer support, the User agrees not to raise such inaccessibility to make any claim against the Bank.
If any disruption, failure or maintenance of computer systems or communication systems of the Bank, the User, internet service provider(s), mobile operator(s), electricity systems, telecommunication systems or any other related systems in connection with the Application causes the User not to be able to access the Application temporarily, the User agrees not to raise such disruption, failure or maintenance to claim for any damage from the Bank in all respects.
The User agrees and acknowledges that the Bank has the right to monitor the usage of the Application made by the User at all time without obtaining any prior consent from the User.
In case where the User fails to maintain KRUNGSRI PRIME status or the status has been demoted pursuant to the conditions stipulated by the Bank, the Bank reserves the right to cancel this service to be provided to the User with effect immediately, without any prior notice.
The Bank reserves the right to amend or modify terms and conditions of KRUNGSRI PRIME including KRUNGSRI PRIME Privileges in Application without any prior notice.

The User agrees to comply with the terms and conditions stipulated herewith. If the User does not comply with such terms and conditions, the User agrees with the Bank that the Bank shall have the right to immediately suspend or revoke the User’s right to use the Application without any prior notice.
